THESSALONIKI MUSIC FESTIVAL 7-11 NOVEMBER 2013 THESSALONIKI GREECE The Festival is organized by the FEDERATION OF BANDS, CHOIRS AND ORCHESTRAS IN GREECE under auspices of Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry for the regions of Thraki and Macedonia. Terms of participation 1.PLACE OF THE FESTIVAL Thessaloniki is the second biggest city in Greece. The festival will take place in the concert Hall of Aristoteles University. 2.PARTICIPATION In the festival choirs, bands, brass bands, orchestras are welcome. There is no age limit All music groups and choirs of children, youth, adult male and female can take part . 3. CONCERTS The group must prepare the following 6 pieces of free choice for the main concert of the festival (no more than 20 minutes) Second concert will be given in open place Aristotelous main square If you want to give other oncert please inform us to arrange it in nearby places. 4. SELECTION The Organisation committee will choose the groups will participate. For the evaluation of groups you must sent Information for the choir Information for the conductor 2 (Two) high resolution photos of your choir their costumes Dvd or youtube links of your choir singing The attached application form completed For full conditions please contact us.
