It was founded in 2013 and serves as a link between the choirs and conductors in Yerevan, in the regions of Armenia and in Diaspora communities and thus will create a prosperous ground for the further development of choral art. It has almost one hundred members - choral conductors. We want to open new doors for choral art, for the development of the conductors’ skills, experience exchange with foreign conductors and the preservation of the Armenian song.

<<Հայ Երգչախմբային Դիրիժորների Ասոցիացիա>>-ի նպատակն է առավել համակարգված և ուղղորդված ծրագրերով նպաստել երգչախմբային արվեստի տարածմանն ու զարգացմանը: Հանդիսանալով կապող օղակ Երևանում, ՀՀ մարզերում և սփյուռքի գաղթօջախներում գործող երգչախմբերի, հայ խմբավարների միջև՝ պարարտ հող ստեղծելով երգչախմբային արվեստի հետագա զարգացման համար: Ժամանակակից կոմպոզիտորների, տարբեր միջազգային կառույցների հետ համագործակցությունը, այդ թվում նաև <<Եվրոպական Երգչախմբային Ասոցիացիա >>-ի հետ սերտ աշխատանքը, նոր դռներ են բացելու հայ երգչախմբային արվեստի տարածման, խմբավարների հմտությունների զարգացման և հայ երգի պահպանման գործում:
Նորաստեղծ այս կազմակերպությունը առաջիկա ծրագրերի մեջ է ներառել նաև անձնական գրադարանի և ձայնադարանի կառուցումը, որով իր անդամ-խմբավարներին առավելագույնս ապահովելու է անհրաժեշտ երաժշտական-գրական տեղեկատվությամբ
