INTERKULTUR’s new project combines your wanderlust and your love of music. The ON STAGE event series is ready to check off your list of must-see cities and will do so while providing all the comforts of a non-competitive choral music event and the opportunities and delights of a tourist tour around local traditions, culture and history….and, yes, also around local fun. Worldwide landmark cities like Florence, Stockholm, Verona, Prague, Lisbon and Israel these first-rate destinations will be your stage and heaven for the 4-day events which will revolve around friendship concerts, touristic tours, workshops and celebration. The events are designed for all those who wish to combine their music with travelling, learning and experiencing of new destinations. The schedule will include touristic activities (sight-seeing), short concerts in touristic places (churches, halls), a workshop with a local choir and a joint concert of all the participants.

5 years ON STAGE: A Celebration Festival!
ON STAGE in ALBANIA will be a celebration of the fifth anniversary of the ON STAGE series with a warm invitation to the very place where everything started! Home to the ON STAGE Team, Albania welcomes all past participants of ON STAGE and choirs from all over the world to discover and explore one of Europe’s most hidden gems!
With multiple concert performances, several city tours and learning possibilities, and amazing alternatives for an extension of stay, the event promises to offer an all-round experience that will definitely stay long in the memory.
Albania is quite a surprise for even the experienced traveler offering unparalleled nature dynamics, unbelievably ancient roots and some of the friendliest people in Europe. Quickly emerging on the international tourism scene after the fall of communism almost 30 years ago, Albania's stunning mountain scenery, crumbling castles, boisterous capital, dreamy beaches and delicious cuisine are already a strong rival to other already established Mediterranean attractions.
