Christmas spirit in the world capital of music
Enjoy a sparkling Christmas atmosphere in the Capital of Music!
The 32nd Franz Schubert Choir Competition takes place in a time when the Austrian capital Vienna traditionally turns into a Christmassy winter paradise.
Countless lights and Christmas trees bathe Vienna in wonderful light that you can only experience in this special time of the year!
The event focuses on the traditional Schubert competition. The competition concerts will take place in the MuTh, the concert hall of the world famous Wiener Sängerknaben.
Also the amazing Votivkirche will be available for special choral concerts again. Along with the competitions many Friendship Concerts and a traditional "Heurigenabend" for all participants will provide a space for socializing and intercultural meetings between the choirs.
